Returns and Refunds

At Luya Labs, your satisfaction is our priority. If you're not completely happy with your purchase, we’re here to help. Please read our Return & Refund Policy below.

1. Return Eligibility

You may return most new, unused items within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange, provided that:

  • The item is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging

  • You have proof of purchase (order number or receipt)

  • The product is not a final sale or customized/pre-ordered item (unless defective)

2. How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, contact us at Info@luyalabs.com with the following information:

  • Your full name

  • Order number

  • Reason for the return

  • Photos (if the item is damaged or defective)

We will provide you with return instructions, including a return shipping label (if applicable).

3. Return Shipping Costs

  • If the return is due to a defect, wrong item, or shipping damage, we’ll cover the return shipping cost.

  • If you are returning for any other reason (e.g., changed your mind), you are responsible for return shipping.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to an error on our part.

4. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the refund approval status. If approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method

  • Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider

5. Exchanges

If you need to exchange an item (e.g., for a different model or color), contact us at Info@luyalabs.com. Exchanges are processed once we receive the returned item in acceptable condition.

6. Damaged or Defective Items

If your product arrives damaged, defective, or incomplete, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We'll make it right by replacing the item or issuing a full refund.

7. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Final sale or clearance products

  • Used items that are no longer in resellable condition

  • Custom orders or limited edition/pre-order products (unless defective)
